Vellajo Acrylic Retarder. Mix with acrylic colours to a max. of 10%. Increases open/drying time. Useful for blending and shading or wet-in-wet techniques. Fantastic for layering up colours, and playing with texture and tone. Reduces skin formation on the palette.
