Standard UK Daytime Delivery
Orders are sent by one of our couriers or our own delivery. A signature is required for all deliveries. If you are not likely to be at your address please provide a delivery address where the goods can be signed for. Our carriers will not leave packages unsigned for. Please see the Zone Table below for rates.
ZONE 1 (UK Mainland only, excluding Highlands & Islands) This zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in Zones 2 and 3, so most UK Mainland addresses.

ZONE 2 (The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE)
All our carriers charge a surcharge for deliveries to these postcodes, we will contact you with a postage quote when we receive your order.
Light and small items (like brushes, or individual, smaller sketchbooks) that can fit in a jiffy bag or envelope will be sent at the normal UK mainland rates as per Zone 1.
ZONE 3 (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25)
All our carriers charge a surcharge for deliveries to these postcodes, we will contact you with a postage quote when we receive your order.
Zone 2 and Zone 3 delivery prices are not calculated into the shopping basket. We will contact and quote you where shipping is more than standard UK mainland.

Carriage of Dangerous Goods
Due to instruction from our couriers, we are unable to send the below list of products to any offshore destinations, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Jersey and Guernsey.
DAPTT turpentine, DAPWS white spirit (+2 litre bottle), SPT4 transfer spray, DAFS fixative spray, SPM4HT Seawhite hi-tac, spray glue (+12 pack), all Ironlak spray paint (codes beginning PTSP__), SPM4 Seawhite re-tac spray glue (+12 pack), PSPM4 3M Photo Mount (+12 pack), PSM2 3M Spray Mount 200ml (+12 pack) and PSM4 3M Spray Mount 400ml (+12 pack).
Delivery Schedule
Delivery is normally 2 - 7 working days but please allow up to 2 weeks during busy periods such as start of school terms. If you have specific delivery requirements please mention these at the checkout.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will put it on back order for you and send it out when it arrives. If you wish to cancel a back order let us know on info@artesaver.co.uk.
