Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Checkout / Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo debit / credit cards. If you are shopping from abroad, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own local currency. We use PROTX / SagePay secure epayments for processing credit and debit card orders. You will be directed to this secure page at the checkout if paying by card. SagePay is the most widely used and trusted secure payment provider in the UK.
We accept cheques. Place your order on the net and choose the cheque option at the checkout. Please send the cheque to our address, made out to "Seawhite of Brighton Ltd." The order will be sent when the cheque has been received and cleared. Please put the order reference number with the cheque and if possible a copy of the order.
At the checkout you can also choose the "call us for payment" method, whereby we will call you for credit card details.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Orders are sent by one of our couriers or our own delivery. A signature is required for all deliveries. If you are not likely to be at your address please provide a delivery address where the goods can be signed for 
Our carrier will not leave packages unsigned for. 

Highlands & Islands
This includes: N. Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly, Scottish Highland & Island postcodes including: IV1-IV28, PH19-PH44, PA20-PA29, KA27-KA28, HS, KW
The shipping cost depends largely on order value, volume and destination. For smaller orders sent by parcel the cost is approx. £10.00 per parcel. Orders for small items such as brushes or pencils that can fit in a jiffy bag for normal postage will be shipped at normal UK mainland prices.

Delivery Schedule Delivery is normally 3 - 7 working days but please allow up to 2 weeks during busy periods. If you have specific delivery requirements please mention these at the checkout.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If you wish to cancel a back order do let us know.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20 % VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security Credit and debit card orders are processed via SagePay / PROTX, the UK's biggest provider of secure internet payment. You will be taken to SagePay's secure pages to enter and send your details. We do not keep card details on file, nor do we see them at any stage. Payments will only be debited when authorised by us, not on submission of order. The SagePay pages will display the Seawhite logo.
Guarantee Our policy is one of continual improvement, consequently some product specifications may vary from those described in this price list. Seawhite reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Please check goods on receipt of delivery and contact Seawhite within 3 days if there is a discrepancy. Claims for non-delivery, damaged or pilfered goods must be made within 7 days of invoice date. Claims made outside this period cannot be accepted. Carrier notes must be marked ‘damaged’ if a claim is to be considered; notes marked ‘unchecked’ are not acceptable. All goods are offered subject to availability. All sizes and weights quoted are approximate.

Returns Policy Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty. Returning items to us, other than faulty items, is at your own cost.

Remittance Terms All orders on Artesaver are to be prepaid. Title of goods passes to purchaser only on full payment of invoice.
